Standard of cleanliness in room very poor. Stained sheet and shower mat. Other guests noisy, but in fairness to them, the space is so small it would be difficult not to hear them.

Good location. Gave us a free upgrade. Big room. Nice breakfast.
Hotel in need of some TLC. Very hard to park around the area; not the hotel's fault of course. Lack of electrical sockets with some dodgy wiring.
Overall: Nice and central. Seemed quite pricey. (108655925)

Modern and contemporary decor so it didn't feel like we were staying in a dated guesthouse. Staff were very friendly and relaxed.
We were placed on the top floor and had 6 lots of stairs to climb with a 1 yr old baby and pushchair etc... This is the only bad point, the hotel was informed of the fact i had a child as i requested a cot.
Overall: Overall it's a lovely clean guesthouse, staff were great and i would recommened to anyone! :D (108909839)

Lovely Regency room. Pleasant, obliging staff. Very clean.
The "Superior" room we first looked at was hardly "superior". Regency room is hardly looking over a courtyard - it's a back yard. Staff serving breakfast in denim shorts, vest with bikini underneath
Overall: A good atmosphere; could improve the lovely atmosphere of the hotel if staff weren't dressed for the beach and laundry room with mountains of bedding couldn't be seen from breakfast bar. (108670481)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My partner is very particular about cleanliness in hotels but even she was impressed. 10 out of 10.
No outdoor smoking area except standing on the street outside the front of the hotel
