Bed was comfortable / hot water was plenty

Curtains could not be drawn, bedding was very basic no extra bedding available, 1 pillow each, tea was absolutely disgusting Would not recommend to anyone particularly the price that was being charged

Very pleasant Hotel Assistant/breakfast cook. Good breakfast.

We feel that the place is in desperate need of a face-lift. It has dusty, plastic flowers in the entrance. Our family room was just about clean but I had to use anti-bacterial wipes on the toilet, which was not too clean.

Overall: The B&B is well situated for the sea front. The hotel has a stale smell on entry and this is possibly due to lack of adequate ventilation. We suspected that the young Assistant and her helper, are the only cleaners, breakfast cooks, etc. We were also quite perturbed about the age of the electrics in the building.  (108221592)

Door to room very heavy to open for disabled key difficult to turn, bathroom could have been cleaner,not enough electric sockets in room

It was close to where we wanted to be.

Room was not clean. Someone was smoking on the premises.

The booking prosedure was easy and the television in the room worked well.

The cleanliness of the room, the bathroom, cups, glasses,towels and in all the common areas, was not of an acceptable standard. Not all the staff were particularly helpful.
