Beautiful location and excellent activities in the area. Also very friendly staff.
Hot tap was VERY hot, hotel was catered more towards an older age group.
Overall: I really enjoyed my stay but we didnt really use the hotel for anything other than sleeping and breakfast as you could not wear jeans to dinner. This was a real shame as all we had packed were jeans. When we came back from our dinner, which took us half an hour to find, it smelt delicious. However the royal oak pub just down the road is absolutely gorgeous. The food, atmosphere, service and setting were outstanding.

Didnt find the tea and coffee until the last day!
Overall: Highly enjoyable and we didnt get time to use any of the leisure facilities

Very nicely situated hotel. Very attractive grounds. Very polite staff.
Tennis courts were unusable. Our bed was far too soft and consequently, very unfortable.
Overall: Whilst we enjoyed staying in Lymington myself and my husband felt that the cost of our stay was very expensive, and did not really get value for money. Neither of us managed to get much sleep due to the soft mattress! We would definately return to Lymington, but I'm afraid we would probably choose to stay in a different hotel.

Lovely breakfast and dining room
Staff were friednly and helpful
Helpful summary re. towel use in bathroom - impressed that environmental issues were considered.
Bath was patched & looked unappealing
No extractor fan in bathroom - condensation from shower dripped on head!
Extra bed for child was very small - could have fallen out easily
Very difficult to find the hotel as no signage apart from one small and unclear sign along one road
Overall: A nice hotel, but shortness of stay meant that we couldn't use the facilities such as the health suite etc. and get full value for money
