Excellent service. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent food freshly prepared. Wide selection for dinner menu at a very reasonable price and breakfast cooked to order, which is a rare treat in this world of buffet breakfasts, but our cooked breakfast at Bookham Grange surpassed any breakfast in a 4* hotel.

Overall: Peaceful setting, hotel was welcoming with friendly and helpful staff. Good food and service two star rating does not do this hotel justice.  (108118772)

The staff are very helpful, polite and courteous

The only thing was that on a very warm evening and in a relatively small room, we were unable to turn off the very hot towel rail in the bathroom, which increased the temperature slightly in the bedroom.

Very quiet. Very close to National Trust nature reserve (Bookham Commons). Nice staff. Good restuarant.

No shops close by. Shower/bath not working (but fixed very promptly).

Overall: Close to railway station with hourly service to London. Bus service to pleasant town centre. We had a good time.  (107422963)
