Spacious room in a convenient but peaceful location. Very good value for money.
Bathroom needs updating otherwise no bad points.
Overall: A good place to stay close to the town and the seafront with a fair standard of accommodation at a very good price. (108162123)

Good value for money. Excellent location.
Continental breakfast was very basic - could have been vastly improved by a bit more choice of fruit (there was only peeled grapefruit) and yogurts or something similar.
Overall: A good deal - fairly basic but much better value for money than many hotels in Bournemouth. (108229544)

The staff were very courteous.
Good car parking area.
I had the bedroom window open all night and there was no noise !!
3 of the 4 beds were comfortable.
Breakfast room staff were very nice. Someone spilled something on the floor and they were very polite and cleared it with no fuss.
Shower did not work very well.
Only 1 uncomfortable bed.
Reception area and entrance not signposted very well from all areas of the car park.
Overall: We had no real problems with our stay. I only woke up when my son knocked on our door !! The staff are very courteous and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel seems to be an older victorian style building and has retained as much of its original character as modern regulations allow. (108779545)

Bedding and decor was a bit tired, but clean.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the moment of our arrival. The hotel was very sweet and perfect for a short break away. Excellent value for money. The location is great - you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
