Nice breakfast area

No curtains in room, noisy and a little cold despite heating. Very noisy group of young girls in neighbouring room, very loud until 5am!!!! Having got to sleep when they shut up the guests in the room above got up and we heard every step they took creaking through the floor.

Overall: Having admitted that they heard the girls they should have done something about them, they were very loud and drunk. My wife and I only had around 2 hours sleep due to various noise.  (108390837)

Rooms had clearly been recently refurbished and were clean and bright. The twin was a good size and more spacious than two beds just being squeezed in alongside each other.Continental breakfast had a nice range of 3 cereals, toppers and yoghurt + toast etc rather than basic cornflakes. The guy who runs it lives downstairs and was always helpful and friendly.

Only one of the four bedside lamps in our two rooms worked. Beds were quite soft but otherwise comfortable. The cleaning ladies knocked on my sister's door around 9am before they'd got up for breakfast, which seemed a bit early given than checkout would not have been until 10.30am. Rugby weekend so not sure if prices were a higher rate than usual (maybe discounted rates not available because of it?), £90 per room per night.

Friendly staff

Nice coffee at breakfast, crisp clean bedding, good location.

No towels, sparten room, handrail missing on bath with holes left. A bowl of mouldy fruit, 3 cereal options and toast was there version of a continental breakfast.

Overall: A run down B and B where everything is done on a shoe string, will not be back!  (108254650)

A pleasant location, friendly staff and a good room for a reasonable price.

Slight confusion as to exact address, the house number was not on the booking form.
