The room was very tidy, spacious and with all creature comforts required. The lady that ran the guest house was very hospitable and could not have been more polite.

Only one bad point stops this from being all round excellent; the inadequate shower facility which initally had enough water coming out of it to just about wet a baby's head although we just about got enough out of it! Admittedly we were only there for one night, but that should not matter. I think the owners should change the shower head or install a new more powerful shower altogether.

Overall: I would definitely go back there if I was in the area, although I would hope the shower facility will be far more generous!  (108811576)

Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Everything was explained clearly to me. Clean, spacious, well maintained rooms. Only stayed for breakfast but this was of a very high standard

Overall: Proprietor was friendly, helpful and took an interest in all of her guests, which wasn't easy as she was working completely on her own.  (108130006)
