Very pleased with the service, the staff were very friendly and eager to help in any way possible. The food was excellent.
If I am honest the only bad point was the traffic noise from the room, although this is minimal.

staff very friendly ans a lovely looking place very homely feel to the bar.
there were stains on the bed sheets that when you consider it was the honeymmon suite (friends swapped rooms with us as it was our wedding night) was a very discusting thing! we had to get some towels to pull off hte covers as we refused to sleep on that!!!! the shower leaked too which meant that my husband fell over on the wet floor in the morning because he hadn't realised!!!
Overall: wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend to friends or family because of the nasty stains on the bed (108462713)
The staff were all friendly and polite and willing to go out of their way to help.
The room was modern and clean. Food in the restaurant was lovely.
The sink in the bathroom had a shelf directly above making it difficult to use.
The milk at breakfast was off to the extent that it was lumpy.
Overall: It was an enjoyable experience overall ad I would stay there again despite a few minor concerns (mostly relating to the freshness of food) (108384339)
