Reception was very friendly & helpful Food was excellent Staff in restaurant were very efficient, friendly & helpful

No lift! I have a mobility problem and found climbing up and down stairs very cumbersome and tiring

Overall: My wife was delighted with her stay - both with the beautiful view from window, excellent state of rooms and your very friendly, helpful staff - not to mention excellent food. I would be happer about staying there again if you had a lift.  (107515109)

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
