Sea view was excellent.
Meals well presented.
Overpriced. Run down atmosphere. Bar service un-professional. Dining room service very poor. (We were the only two diners, table not fully laid, wine was 'forgotten', infestation of wild fruit flies with one finally drowning in my wine glass). A poor American waiting 10 mins at the bar for anyone to appeare to serve him. Etc.
Overall: The previous night we stayed at a chain style inn; the cost was half your price, the room twice the size, clean and comfortable. The value for money four times of that of your hotel. (108408954)

Nice and cosy hotel facing the Promenade. I like the Victorian-style decoration in the living room and the dining room.
There is no elevator in the hotel and the room is rather small.
Overall: Cosy hotel for exploring Penzance and the surrounding Cornwall area. (107591520)
