extremely clean,friendly staff,ideally situated near to everything

The only bad thing were the neighbours in rooms next door coming in and shouting at 5.30 in morning that was our only gripe not really Hotels fault but some intervention would have been nice!

Overall: Good,clean basic but all you need,breakfast nice house full of character,lovely place,brilliantly situated shame about the other people staying on same night Hotel should have asked them to be quiet.  (108653780)

Breakfast was OK

Internet picture misleading as the description notes that the hotel was recently refurbished and god only knows what it was like before. There were damp stains on the ceiling, ripped chair to sit on, curtains were filthy,mattress bedding was covered in black marks. Shower head was a sprinkler and very dirty inside.

Overall: Value for money very poor and very disappointed with the overall state inside. Would definitely not book this hotel again. The reviews on the web site must have been for another hotel!!!!!!!  (108594450)
