good location

room needs updating as furnature was tatty,tv did not seem to work

Good location, relevent to my conference. Staff were pleasent enough.

Very small room. Water tank runs all night (Noisy) Room faced the road (although I was on the very top floor) Double glazing didn't affect the street noise, I could barley sleep. The upstairs shared W/C was so small it was diffcult to use, and now towels to dry hands after. Breakfast was served luke warm, no choices and no ketchup was available for the scrambled eggs.

Overall: Okay for a one night stay alone on a business trip. Wouldn't bring the wife or family though.  (108377697)

No Air conditioning and windows were very hard to operate to leave open.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
