Staff very helpful and pleasant. Location excellent.

The "business centre" was not really one and a big disappointment - only a few computers with no privacy and no printer hookup. My husband was working on his laptop in our room and I was online finding flights etc down in the lobby. I had to sit at the concierge desk in order to have a printout done. Not at all convenient for all concerned with customers arriving in the reception area.

Overall: Very good value for money, clean and pleasant. We will recommend it to others - as long as they don't require a real fully equipped business centre.  (107465327)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
