Clean, efficient, good meal facilities, with a friendly helpful service.

No list of available facitities e.g. hair drier. The shower gel container was empty. Car parking was a problem in that we were parked in an open area with pools of rain water all around. Also it was a reasonable walk from the hotel - in the pouring rain not good!!

Excellent value for money; clean, new facilities and efficient and helpful staff, excellent location to walk to city centre destinations or access local buses

Although not in the control of the hotel, the walk from the train station, although short and clear and well lit, is through paths and a parking lot that presents significant safety risks because of lack of traffic and isolation, especially for a sole pedestrian with luggage. I would not advise it on foot after business hours for women alone or men or women alone burdened by luggage or with cameras, laptop or cash.

Overall: Bristol was a huge pleasant surprise. We definitely will be going back to explore it further.  (108529880)

General atmosphere in the Hotel was good.Breakfasts were very good.

I rang the hotel before visit to say I had a Disabled person with me and what parking facilities for such. I was told to go to the recommended Car Park. For loading and unloading this was not acceptable,directions to the car park were poor and this sytem of phoning to book parking was also very poor.Why does the Hotel not give you a parking ticket to display in the Car and you pay or otherwise the hotel.I would not recommend this hotel for any one with a disability travelling by car.
