Nice hotel, clean and staff friendly.
Spa was closed (only open mid season!) very isolated, not much near by. Food and drink very expensive.
Overall: Lovely hotel but extremely quiet location. Disappointed the spa was closed as that was our main reason for booking this hotel. With very limited restaurants nearby, food and drink very expensive. (97787394)

The room standard was more like a 3.5 star than a 4 star in our opinion. Would stay at the 5 star part of the hotel next time or the Quinta do Lago hotel.
Overall: The hotel is in a private area of the Vale do Lobo. The location of the hotel is not close to any shops and a taxi is required or hire car to go anywhere of interest. The rooms are basic but comfortable. However, had we seen a picture of the room beforehand we would not have booked it. The hotel was popular with young families and had lots of young boys and girls running around the pool shouting which is not ideal when you are trying to relax. The staff try hard though. (99859846)

Overall: The hotel was exceptionally clean. The service was excellent. The beach was not too far away, a nice walk. Room service was helpful with young children and they had a good selection of childrens meals in the restuarant. I can not express enough how much I enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to returning. (99099232)
