The balcony was great with lovely views.... and it was nice to watch some english speaking tv as silly as that sounds...very handy being able to send your postcards through reception!

No complaints

Overall: We had a great first impression from the woman at reception, she was very helpful and extremely polite. The room was tidied every day and the restaurant had great food....It was a bonus having free internet downstairs and being able to use the rooms phone to call NZ from our calling card was fantastic. We were both really happy with our stay. We also had to postpone our stay by a day at short notice and that was no problem. Happy customers!  (99924409)

Adequate for me (mother visiting her son). Walkable distance from Praira da Rocha. Cooking facilities adequate.

Floor not swept. Light over bed didn't work,(Fixture over bed broken and not mended, although I mentioned it more than once.) Lighting in room inadequate even if bedside light had worked.Not able to read comfortably. Only 1 socket in room and that had the T.V. in it. No power point in bathroom. No mirror in main room. Light over kitchen area not working. Uncomfortable hollowfibre pillows. Table far too high to eat from if you wanted to eat in room, compared to height of chairs.Shower fixture wouldn't stay in place on wall so water was always aimed at the curtain and soaked the floor.Slip mat in the bath was totally useless. Bath very slippery therefor.

eu gostei muito tudo do hotel )mas nao gostei da chegada porque a senhora noa tive simpatica ,,,,,,,,mas eu vou voltar no mes de junho queria reservar de 1/06/20de junho para 2 pessoas podia-me enformar e tambem o preco fico a espera ,,,,,,
