Loved Dublin had gr8 time, hotel food was first class and double room was very cosy. Perfect for what we wanted
Was upgraded to appartment on arrival which had no hot water, no tv and no working phone. After travelling Friday had to go out without showering and had same Saturday. Staff reluctant to change our room until Saturday evening by which time we had not showered in 2 days and had no choice. Once moved was totally content but did seem a bother we could have done without

Had no bath... When booking had rang hotel to make sure rooms had a bath tub, in which reservation had reasured me they did but was very dissapointed when entering room and not seeing that bath tub!!
