this was one of the best hotel experiences i have ever had. firstly, we missed our flight, and therefore failed to show for our first night (though we did call to inform them. however, on arrival we were told that we would not be charged for the missed night. amazingly, the hotel then gave us a room at 9am and also upgraded us. throughout our stay the staff were truly extraordinary and this, when added to a gorgeous interior, super restaurant and stylish, well-furnished rooms made for a terrific few days.
