Loved the bathroom. Loved the view. Nice to have two armchairs.
Overall: We could have been encouraged to use the restaurant, perhaps with a discount or a table d'hote menu. Even a menu in the lobby or the lift giving the choices of the day would help. It was placed on the reception counter but staff were not trained to encourage us to use it - hence the bar and restaurant seemed to be 'dead' at night. The dining room was very well appointed and the staff at breakfast were charming, but again, they could have been trained to encourage us to join them at dinner.
