Nice rooms
Not enough staff in the breakfast room, no clean cutlary, no coffe mugs, no glasses for orange juice, no clean tables.
When we were shown to a table we were told our booking dind't include brekfast (it did and I showed her our confirm).
Overall: Good (except for breakfast)

great location, just a few minutes walk from city center. The car park was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I stayed there last year and noticed the food was a bit more expensive and not very good. The breakfast was not very good, even though the price was included it was not worth the trouble of eating there on more than twice.
Overall: I enjoyed everything but the food in the resturant, but I would stay there again and would recomend the hotel to anyone.

Good small gym/pool; handy for city (15-20min walk or regular bus); food generally good; good secure parking.
Very noisy air vent(?) right below bedroom window coming on and off at short intervals. Early bird menu non-existent in spite of being mentioned on menu, but there was a table d'hote, aimed at people with inclusive meals. We only ate once in the restaurant as the service was deplorable (fault in the kitchen, not waitresses) and I don't think the chef read the waitresses order as there were a number of mistakes made. Ate a few times in the bar (same kitchen etc) and much more enjoyable.
Overall: Overall enjoyed the stay - for a new hotel (2nd birthday celebrated while we were there) it was a bit hit and miss. Would stay again but would watch out to avoid the downsides.

Good value for money accommodation, clean and tidy with very friendly staff what ever their position.
Strange layout of hotel took some getting used to.
Overall: Limmerick was a fine city with very friendly inhabitants especially to opposition rugby supporters. Many great pubs for the young and old. Hotel is easily walkable from the center of town, all though we did not as it rained heavily for the time there. The reception happy to phone a taxi for you. All staff were found to be very friendly and helpful and hotel was clean and tidy, with good leisure facilities especially pool and jacuzzi. Very pleasurable stay. Thank you.
