Excellent location, Staff did everything they could to make up for the over booking on the first night.

Hotel over booked first night and we had to go to another hotel for first night, which was outside the area we were visiting. Causing us issues as we had no car, hotel were only willing to pay for one taxi fare to and from the new hotel :-((

Overall: Loved the hotel and location. Will make sure that I arrive early next time so we are not the ones to be disappointed  (107582104)

A well managed,very comfortable hotel with a very pleasant and helpful staff.

Hardy's Bar seemed understaffed on Saturday night but those staff on duty did their best to cope in a difficult situation.

Overall: We will stay again and we will recommend it to our friends, especially if more special offers become available.  (108017017)

beds not made up, sink blocked and generally bathroom was not properly prepared/cleaned
