Receptionist very helpful
closing the bar at 1130 -we were late arrivals due to Ryanair flight. No lights in first room allocated.

Happy attendants-clean accomodations-car parking etc, Very convenient at the airport. If this hotel was 1/2 the price, you would see me at least once every month.
room key not working-not enough tea/coffee/milk?
Overall: OK but expensive & I never had to pay for wi-fi before-ever, even in Republic of China.. Wi-fi is free in all airports, some even supply the PC free also. (107452645)

Very happy that we4 could check in early the day before our flight,
We couldn't find a good explanation from about 3 people how to pay for parking at the hotel parking lot at Shannon airport. We finally had to drive out and call the desk to be told to go into the lobby to pay machine.

Sink in the bathroom plugged. Water would not drain.
Food overpriced relative to other facilities stayed in during our visit
Charging for parking is rather poor form
Room was very warm and could not regulate the temperature
