the room was excellent. clean bed sheets, soap in the bathroom, coffee and tea refilled everyday... very nice staff

very loud noise from the night club located under the hotel... the noise starts at 11:00 PM and would stop at 5:00 AM everyday (including weekdays), so i barely could sleep during those hours.

Overall: excellent value for money! and if you are without children, this is the best choice in Dublin.  (108369468)

Breakfast was excellent & breakfast staff excellent

My booking was cancelled by the reception staff without any notification.

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
