Seaview. Wifi in lobby work well. Plenty of parking space.

No wifi in room unfortunately. On arrival only one of four lightfittings in room worked! Implies poor maintenance. When pointed out to reception all were quickly fixed, though. Breakfast at ten euro very poor. Extremely limited selection and bad attention to topping up the buffet.

Overall: Reasonable when taken the price into account.  (108641242)

Great location, handy for Dart and a short walk to the seafront and the centre of town. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. We were on the back of the hotel and it was quiet for sleeping - no traffic noise and no noise from the bar. Breakfast was very good for the price with the exception of the coffee which tasted boiled. The location was great for the fast ferry terminal which we were leaving on the next day

Hard to get suitcases into the reception area through double doors and up steep steps. Carpets and fittings in the reception area are tired and don't give a good first impression. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling and tiles gave another bad first impression.

Overall: This hotel is in a great location and has the potential to be a very good hotel with a little tidying up and more attention to cleaning - the first impressions are hard to overcome. We would have been happy to pay a few more € per night as the hotel offered all that we needed - it just needs a lot of sprucing up.  (107743962)

The hotel provided all I needed. I was able to come and go as I wanted, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was fine and the breakfast was excellent and well served.

The only thing I wanted and couldn't find was instructions for working the television remote control.
