Central, easy to find

Staff seemed very keen on automated check-in system, which didn't always work. Keys were not intuitive to use!

Room was a good size and had everything we needed. Good location.

Bathroom is much too small. Room was very warm even with the thermostat set at a low temp, and this was at the end of November when it was raining and cold outside. Front desk people were not very friendly or helpful.

Overall: We did not spend much time at the hotel but we did not have any problems other than the front desk people were not very "customer friendly", in fact a little rude when we checked out.  (108720322)

Very good facilities and friendly staff. The lounge on 2nd floor is nice and the rooms are of a high standard and very clean.

Overall: A very pleasant experience. I also stayed here the Friday before last as I was meeting up with friends and did not want to travel home late on the train. On this occasion I needed to be in London on Saturday so I spent the evening in the hotel and it was very pleasant. I will definately return and I will highly recommend the hotel to other people.  (108508392)

From the moment I arrived I felt welcome by the staff. I was in room 829 which was very comfortable, clean and well looked after. The location is excellent.

There were no bad points.

Overall: I stayed overnight in London as I was meeting friends for dinner after work and it was easier than going home to Kent late in the evening. I felt very safe and secure which is important if for a woman staying in a hotel alone.  (108181975)
