Central location in old city, close to restaurants, shops - and reasonably close to railway station
Noisy in early morning, with street-cleaning, rubbish collection, etc.
Number of stairs would be difficult for some (although not for us).

A fantastic location, very central with great views. Clean room, with a nice feel to it, and helpful staff. Also had a cat!
We didn't discover until we checked in that our room was not en suite - the toilet and shower were the other side of the corridor, and, whilst clean, was not veru pleasant to use
Overall: On the whole, a good hotel, giving great value for money. (107711861)
