no nonsense, clean accommodation.excellent breakfast, loads of choice

en-suite had a big, worrying dip in the floor, covered up by carpet though mine host a bit abrupt when booking in.but he did offer to help carry our bag up the 2 flights of stairs to our room at the top. tiny car park, not room for us but plenty of space on road near to hotel.

Overall: good overnight accommodation. room 7 small but adequate for that length of time.  (108132513)

Very clean with friendly owners. Room was spotless.

Not able to locate hotel easily in the dark. had a little trouble parking too

There is a 'hospitality tray' with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is a lounge for guests to use. The breakfast was good.

Overall: The owners were friendly and the room and hotel were clean and tidy. The hospitality tray was topped up each day. The hotel is in a quiet road but within easy walking distance of the Castle, old town, new town and Abbey field and ruins.  (108469395)

Good size room on ground floor - Comfortable Beds - Excellent Breakfast - Friendly reception. Good location close to Warwick

Overall: One of the best guesthouses we have stayed in with friendly efficient service - A large comfortable room included those little extras which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Very convenient for visiting both Kenilworth and Warwick Castles. Highly recommended  (108224482)
