A lovely quiet, secluded place, ample parking space and within easy walking distance into Bowness and the other way up th hill from the house, lovely walks to view over Windermere.
The double room we had was a little small by previous stays elsewhere, the twin rooms being bigger which I thought strange, next time will book a twin for the space.
Overall: Excellent place to stay and the owners were very friendly indeed and the breakfasts were delicious. Would reccommend this place to anyone visiting Bowness. (108213453)

Perhaps a softer matress would have been better - also clear instructions for shower
