Lift to room,decent size room,decoration of room good.
High level of road noise due to lack of double glazing.Food in general poor(one evening meal returned to kitchen)Full english breakfast very basic,the continental was a joke.
Overall: There dose not seem to be anybody in charge and as such a lot of areas are well below a decent standard mainly in the catering side. (108522081)

The room and carvery were excellent. The staff made me very welcome indeed. I don't feel at ease in pubs so I was very pleased to use the restaurant, tv room and the back entrance. Would stay again!
I ate too much as the Carvery and Full Eglish breakfast were superb.

A very welcoming and friendly staff and the food was excellent.
The Bathroom was accross the Landing from our Bedroom and although you could lock the door from the inside - other guests could just walk in and therefore you could not leave any of your toiletries there.No telephone or television in the room.
