The check in staaf offered me a room which was bad and had to only change after I complained. If there was a better room already why was he offering me the bad one in the first place.When I left I was called and someone left a message telling me they weregoing to charge breakfast from my card, which I had paid together with my booking. Only when I called back did someone appologisesed, if they found their own mistake, why did they not called me to apologise other than to wait for me to call and complin.

As expected from an IBIS you get a good clean modern hotel at a reasonable price. No fancy frills.

No hair dryer in bedroom. No on site car park. But payable secure carpark within 100m. gates closed at 10.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
