Breakfast Service was poor, Lack of choice and equipment(toaster)not working properly. Tolerated only because there was no alternative on Sunday morning; A cooked breakfast alternative would have been prefered!

Hotel room felt comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for reception staff

Hot breakfast of some description on cold mornings - is it too much trouble to offer bacon sandwiches or hot boiled eggs rather than fridge cold boiled eggs?

Clean & comfortable but a bit Spartan

No breakfast included in price of £55 . holiday Inn include Breakfast for the same price but there is not one local . Had Bfst at ASDA supermarket .

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
