Despite requesting that all expenses be booked to the crdit card used to book the hotel, my staff memeber was told they did not have the card details and he had to pay for the stay out of his own pocket - not good!! Furthermore, when he spoke with reception on his first night there, they had no record of him at all - lucky there wasn't a fire!! So, not only is there a flaw in your system in relation to charging to a card you already had details of, you had no record of the booking (he had already checked in)!!
Overall: V poor. I will not book any of my staff into another Ibis hotel (108848108)
Clean and tidy. Reasonable room with modern bathroom suite. Comfortable beds.

Very clean and very keenly priced for a city centre hotel. Good location near to shops, restaurants and bars.
