We requested an electric kettle in the room and this was readily provided. There was some tea and coffee provided in the lounge during the day although the quality was fair, but it was a nice touch.
Overall: It was pleasant on the whole, and the reception staff was prepared to speak some English. Staff at the breakfast room was efficient, if a little distant. We asked if there were any maps of the city and was given a photocopied one showing the location of the hotel the first day (Sunday). Perhaps there should have been some maps and information provided by the city tourist office available for hotel guests. (107350356)
