I was double charged and got very little assistance with the staff who i talked to about this error. No apology , no symapathy but quietly paid back the money owed into my credit card as if i dont exist and what exists is my credit card only. Shame, well below customer service for an otherwise great brand.

Reasonable value for money. Reasonably equipped room.

Overall: Past experience of Ibis Hotels has been good both in the UK and France. This time it was very disappointing. My room was not made up on the first day. The staff were incapable of dealing with this, saying that the housekeeping staff had all gone home so I could either have another room (which would have meant packing and unpacking) or stay put. No offer of compensation for this appalling service was offered. The staff both at the time and when checking out a couple of days later were grudging in their apology. Also the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly.What rubbed salt in the wound was that on checking in I had agreed to sign up for the IBIS A1 Club.  (108158335)

Overall: i feel that the rooms would be more comfortable with better cooling as even with the unit on it remains fairly hot.  (108542835)

Excellent location for shopping and leisure.

Linen wasn't clean as it should be and I asked for clean pillowcases as we could smell the old pillows through the cases. Carpet needed a clean. perhaps we were unfortunate to have been assigned a well used room.

Overall: I haven't stayed in IBIS before and was suprised by the low level of decor in the room which was clearly for ideal for any person with access issues  (107816357)

Staff forgot to put towels in the room but luckily I brought my own along. Having said that I believe it to have been a genuine oversight.

Overall: Good honest staff but perhaps could do with a little more organisation, easy to warm to.  (107335799)
