4.6 / 5 4.6 / 5 Shirley [Plymouth Devon, GB] on 04/11/2009 (Solo leisure traveller)

staff polite/helpful, breakfast good, room clean , bed comfortable , water hot.

Placement of lone guest next to a family room Constant sound of water draining/flushing away from other rooms through the plasterboard wall by the window. no choice of fresh air despite window which i felt should be able to be opened incase of emergency, i might not have been able to access the stairway. Breakfast pricey for just a full english, toast and juice,(although full array of foods if wanted.)

Overall: general view very good , despite my comments i would be happy to stay at a premier inn again, as i know what to look out for, the service recieived was very very good.  (108401685)

CRISP PACKET UNDER THE BED. DISABLED LIFT BROKEN INTO THE RESTAURANT WHICH I NEEDED AS MY DAUGHTER WAS IN A WHEELCHAIR AND IT WAS THE ONLY WAY INTO THE RESTAURANT,SO WE HAD TO CARRY HER IN THE WHEELCHAIR UP AND DOWN THE STEPS!

Overall: Exactly what I was looking for.  (108505838)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
