the room so small and not described , we waiting over 45 mins for the breakfast and WITHOUT EGGS, they explained due to late delivery???? so unbelievable.

Quirky hotel, check in was a bit haphazard but the young very busy and friendly staff made it a pleasure. the room was ultra modern, very spacious, food excellent to very good restuarant standard.Staff really really friendly and helpful.English breakfast magnificent(contrary to a previous reviewer you do not have to pay for continental breakfast, all breakfast included in the bill)
Possibly more hanging space for clothes if staying for a longer time.
Overall: Excellent hotel in every way. I would recommend it to anyone. We have booked to stay again. (108231348)

No clothes storage; Wireless broadband did not work properly in room; we had to request the room to be cleaned one day (of two); we had to request extra towels

Nice room, quiet. Fantastic views over lake where you can have breakfast outside.
Room should have some facilities, such as a small cupboard, a rack to put your suitcase on, refrigerator. There was a teamaker, but only one cup for a double room.
Overall: Excellent hotel at excellent location. Friendly staff. Strange is that full English breakfast is included in the price, but you have to pay separately for a continental breakfast. That does not make sense. Also having to pay extra for a second cup of coffee is bizarre. I guess that because the hotel facilities are brand new (2 months) it may need a bit of time to get used to it. (107747206)
