Outside noise from room during night.
Room 110.. so close to ground.. and facing to the back of the hotel.
Bathroom mirror.. when steamed up from showering displayed an unsuitable message from previous guest.

Every member of staff volunteered assistance, with enthusiasm, and were helpful well beyond the expected level expected from a 4 star hotel.

The all you can eat breakfast was the biggest joke I've ever seen there was no food ready no tables ready. We ended up with nothing but toast it was very poor
