good location, 2 mins walks from underground.

Smell of must in bathroom. grout between the tiles all black, in need of a good clean. beds small than the stabdard size. single 2 1/2 foot bed. double 4 foot bed

Overall: staff very helpful, let us leave our bags as the room wasn't ready and we had arrived early in the morning. it was more like a hostel or guest house rather than a hotel. room was very small, it had a small double and 2 small singles, definitely too small for 4 poeple to stay in. no added extras not even shampoo or a hair drier, and poor bedside lamp.it did the job but wouldn't be in a hurry to stay there again. £80 per night is not that cheap for what we got.  (108289753)

Convenient location not far to Earls Court station.

- Dirty - Not good value for money

Overall: The experience was overall very poor. The room was very simple with 3 single beds (not even a double bed for a couple). The blankets, the carpet and lamp shades were stained giving the impression (or was it just an impression?) that the room was dirty and the heating didn't work properly. The bathroom looked dirty too, especially the string to switch on the light was so unappealing that you didn't want to touch it after washing your hands! The shower curtain was so short (and dirty) that it came stick to you while you shower. I missed the breakfast but went to have a tea (dining room was the only place you could get a tea, no kettle or such equipment in the room). The tables were sticky. I would never go back to this hotel and don't recommend it.  (108986085)

-The subway/Tube is two blocks away. -There're many places to eat, a pharmacy and a small supermarket xan be located in the area. -There's a bank, and many places to exchange your money between the most popular currencies.

-The hotel is a bit noisy in certain hours. -Some of the staffs were kind enough but it could be better.

Overall: The location of the hotel is good, is one or two blocks from King's Cross St. Pancras station underground. There're many places to eat in the area like McDonalds, Burgen King, some Asian restaurants, etc. The place looks pretty safe. The hotel in general was a little bit noisy because of the thinness of the walls and floors, but it's London style for some buildings. The good thing is that after 10pm or 11pm it was totally quiet.  (108302748)

Room was small but wholly adequate as a base for a short break. Check-in friendly and efficient. The room, bedding and towels were all fresh and clean, all facilities in good working order (the shower was exceptional) and the breakfast was adequate although limited in choice.

Bit of a queue for breakfast.

Overall: Tremendous value - would certainly recommend for short break accommodation and would stay again for short break.  (108487312)
