Good clean room which was of a good size. Nice welcome from member of staff who checked me in.

Breakfast was a let down. Served in the restaurant next door to the hotel which had had a busy night the night before and had dirty linen piled up in the corner. Quality of breakfast wasn't great either. Looked and tasted like it had all been dropped in a deep fat fryer.

Overall: Overall it was a good stay with a well presented room. Would probably make arrangements to eat elsewhere though such as the captains galley which is 200 yards from the hotel and a great dining experience.  (108456018)

Room facilities were very good

Overall: Staff were friendly & courteous, I would stay again if I was travelling to Orkney. It is very handy for Ferry. I had a bar supper -no complaints.  (108766028)

Location just opposite the harbour and close to ferry to the Shetland Islands. Hotel has recently been refurbished, very welcome sight to see a clean, tidy and welcoming room

No lift - slightly difficult for persons with mobility problems.

Overall: Very good, would stay here again when in the area. Staff very helpful. Restaurant with excellent food and service. As the restaurant is next door to the hotel, we thought at first a drawback, but not at all, just a few extra steps to climb.  (108311537)

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the Upper Deck restaurant was brilliant. We would definitely stay at the Ferry Inn again.

The only drawback was walking outside to go for meals - it was lovely weather when we were there so it wasn't a problem but might not be good on a rainy day!

Overall: We enjoyed our stay and wished we had been there for more than one night!  (108188092)

Hotel was excellent. Reception was very good especially as they had no knowledge of our booking, but they sorted out a room for us.

Overall: Very pleased with the hotel - breakfast was excellent and as we had a ferry to catch it was very convenient.  (107400955)
