Receptionists were excellent as was the food and entertainment. The hotel and bedroom was spotless. It felt like home from home.
There was no hot water in the bathroom and had to change rooms. As a consequence the second room not quite as nice as the original.
Overall: Unfortunately my wife took ill so we had to cut our stay short, however the staff were excellent and could not do enough to help. Will certainly return again and can recommend this hotel. (108853647)
Excellent location and in a quite area
The only bad point was that the handwash was not replaced in our bathroom during our stay

Room not as described or shown on the Internet, uncomfortable, hard bed. Light shining outside window all night that the curtains didn't shut out.
Overall: We were disappointed with the room. We asked to move but the rooms we were shown were no better. Even the superior room didn't appeal. (108766226)
Overall: The six of us really enjoyed our night at the hotel and would have no qualms about staying there again. The room was nicely decorated and clean, yes the bathroom was small but we weren't planning on spending a full evening in it. The food was absolutely superb and the staff were exceedingly pleasant. YOU CAN SEE THEY HAVE SPENT MONEY ON THE ROOMS AND THEY ARE COMFORTABLE AND THE ONE i HAD WAS SPACIOUS
BATH/SHOWER ROOM WAS SMALL AND A LITTLE CRAMPED OK FOR A MOAN -LADIES MIGHT COMPLAIN.
BREAKFAST WAS SERVED QUICKLY BUT THE FOOD HAD BEEN UMDER THE HEATER LAMPS TOO LONG. LOW POINT OF THE STAY
