excellent value for money,very clean and comfortable appartment with very helpful friendly staff!

Parking was full so had to park in near by carpark! Was not a massive issue tho!

Central location. Spacious. Quiet and relatively inexpensive.

Fittings, furniture and (particularly) kitchen utensils not sturdy enough for purpose.

Plenty of Space. Nice Thai restaurant round the corner. Five minute walk into town.

Customer service of the hotel was good we had to ask for an addition to the bedding which turned up before we had our night out we did have an additional bed in the apartment which could have been in better condition, but we had changed booking at last minute so we were happy with the arrangement overall

Overall: Fabulous accomodation and a bargain for groups to stay together gave us a lovely environment to get ready to go out in the evening walking distance from city centre it was lovely. The freindly staff were happy to help us out with any problems we may have found. Will be much better for them when they have the reception finished!! We looking forward to planning our next visit with the hotel!! Def use them again  (108470040)

Rooms are layed out well, plenty of living space for what we needed. Had a large tv, and felt like home from home. kitchen set up was good, alot of utensils were in place. ease of use for accessing the apartment 24 hours. Furniture is to a high standard Too.

not much except for finishing touches of paint work but the apartment was very new when we stayed. Not much you can do about this one but out of 5 of us staying only 3/5 had Hot showers in the morning. I am suggesting a welcome booklet would be useful for on arrival for guest to get used to using the rooms appliances, etc. please be mindful of when booking groups of people to stay over in an apartment that you may have to share beds as we had a room that slept upto 6 but had 2 double beds, and 2 single sofa beds.

Overall: we thought that the apartment was worth every penny. the rooms were very cosy and warm. I would highly recommend this to people staying over for a hen night, stag weekend. We had sets of keys, individual codes to get into the main door of the complex, 24 hour access and security was also at hand if needed.  (108562689)
