Kitchen staff lovely & breakfast excellent
Rude welcome at check in & departure.
Huge queue for breakfast, for which we had no warning of pre booked coach party.Delayed our departure by an hour!

Staff kindly provided discount vouchers for local restaurants, unfortunately, the vouchers were not valid
1 pot of coffee between all guests at breakfast
On return I was notified by the person who made the the booking that an additional £90 was taken from her credit card for damage to a bed. Although she did not stay at the hotel and the fact that she provided contact details for the people who did, the hotel has refused to refund her card. The booking was made through late rooms and nothing in the terms and conditions permit the hotel to take such action.
Overall: reasonable budget hotel, though during our stay we came accross superior 3 star hotels at the same price. (108285473)
