The facility was really very good, I wanted to give excellent for most questions but little things detracted. The Atrium is well placed with excellent facilities nearby and overall I would not hesitate to book again. The room was modern, well presented and comfortable.
The points which detracted were the extractor fan was not working in the main bathroom, only 3 drinking mugs for 4 guests , 3 place mats etc etc. The biggest negative, however, was the provision of only one car parking space as we travelled from different areas and therefore had 2 cars.

First class accommodation, secure, well appointed and safe garaging provided. Very nicely furnished with first class facilities. Appreciated being contacted by flexilets staff day before staying there to be informed of checking in process. Because we were arriving late evening conversation with staff reassured me that it would not be a problem.
Being woken up at 6.35am by Council refuse wagon and operatives emptying commercial bins in courtyard outside our window. Surely it is against the law to be collecting waste in residential area at this time. Nowhere within immediate shopping complex to have breakfast before 10.00am when you have to be out by that time.
Overall: Overall very pleased. Much better than hotel because you have living room and kitchenette as well as bedrooms with two separate wash rooms. Underground secure carparking is a bonus. Although being woken early in morning by in wagon was irritating would not put us off staying there again. (108430774)

Nice helpful staff, available for long hours and very flexible. Good welcome pack
I think the windows need a safety latch, I was surprised that they were so dangerous. A more user-friensly guide to the washing machine would be nice as would the presence of a hairdryer. More equipment in kitchen, more, nicer cutlery, pots and pans, cutting board, teatowel, ovengloves, a couple of dishwasher tablets. Noisy
