Friendliness of staff. Tidy & uncluttered appearance of room.
I was not very happy with the fire evacuation procedures. There did not appear to be any alternative exits & the layout of the building would have made emergency escape or rescue very difficult.
Overall: The room was clean & functional. We had a quiet & restful night & that's good enough for anyone. (108105174)
