Location excellent
Air Con inadequate - had to leave windows open, but that meant traffic noise. A bit of a dark & dingy-looking place. Our room (standard with view of the gardens) was too cramped.
Overall: Worst thing was NO water in the whole hotel from 3pm until we left the next morning! (Plumbing problem, which is totally unacceptable for a so-called 3 Star hotel) To be fair to the staff, they were courteous, apologetic, sent us up a bottle of water and ice, and refunded 1/2 the cost and free breakfast. We would rather have had hot showers after walking round Nice all day! Location is brilliant - near the sea and the Old Town, overlooking gardens. (97526804)

Great view - on 4th floor with view of Mediterranean Sea and gardens; balcony lovely. Breakfast very good.
No nearby parking and nowhere to pull off to register and unload - load luggage. We received a ticket for standing with flashers on for a few minutes to load luggage - 35 Euros, which I haven't figured out how to pay. Quite a drawback
Overall: I loved the view and the balcony - it made the stay. The room was comfortable but tight. I would have wanted better directions - very hard to get to because of one way streets and pedestrian malls. I would have picked another hotel had I realized that parking was so difficult and that there was no place where one could unload luggage. The nearby garages were too far away to drag luggage back to hotel. (97039526)

Overall: Have stayed at Hotel before, but in the winter. Whether on the back of the hotel in a standard room or on the front with bigger room the noise level from the traffic can be overwhelming through the night, more so on the front of the hotel, which we knew about. For a three star hotel the rooms and breakfast are adequate. Did not intend to spend time in the room and the hotel position is very good for the front, the bus station and the train station. A walk to both but not too far. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. All in all ok for 4 night stay to see Nice and surrounding area. (99063683)

Everything, starting from the noisy and dirty room with no air conditioning, old obsolete windows, bad and arrogant behaviour of the hotel owner, everything made my one night stay a night-mare.
