Beds were very comfortable; all hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite.
This is definitely not a complaint, but it would be very inviting to have the availability of coffee in the rooms.
Overall: Extremely pleasant; very clean; central to all restaurants & tourist sights. (108995006)

This Hotel exceeds your expectations in every level.
The Candle lights in the reception and Bar we're a lovely touch.
Overall: Totally delighted with this Hotel and the staff who couldn't do enough for you. I have recommended this Hotel to many already. I can't wait to stay there again. Just make a point to go there!!! (107144570)

Well run and attractive hotel convenient to town centre but with easy access and secure parking. Excellent breakfast offer and excellent reception staff.
Only one minor negative point - have stayed here on two occasions and on each occasion, the breakfast waiting staff (in complete contrast to all the other staff) have been a little grumpy and unwelcoming.
