Good Location, close to Mmontmarte, Opera and Lafayette districts. Convenient metro access. Friendly Staff. Clean.

Rooms very small and my view consisted of a concrete wall.

Grande gentillesse de la part de tout le personnel. Honnêteté parfaite. Grande propreté des chambres. Volonté de satisfaire le client.

Le moment de mon arrivée lors du 1er séjour avait mal été évalué et ma demande de réservation pas prise en compte. La 1ère réaction du veilleur de nuit a été d'abord peu aimable puis il a été compréhensif et m'a fourni une chambre vraiment trop "juste" au point de vue confort (après 30h de voyage)et conservée le soir suivant. Dernier petit déjeuner dans la chambre ne correspondant ni à l'heure ni entièrement à ma commande.

Overall: Globalement très positive. Ayant eu 4 chambres en 4 séjours sur 2 semaines, j'ai pu remarquer que le confort y est trop différent pour une différence de prix qui mériterait d'être systématisée. Mais le personnel présent est compréhensif et adapte le prix ou les conditions à chaque cas (réduction sur le prix, petit-déjeuner offert).  (97216787)
