Very well located. Great street markets nearby and trams go down to the sea (7 minutes). Very close to the station of Chemins de Fer de Provence (that's not SNCF - this is the little train that goes up into the mountains). The staff are courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast is basic but is as good as any much more expensive hotel - the lady serving was extremely jolly. Hotel is staffed 24hrs a day and, if you have booked, you can turn up as late as you like (wise to alert them to late arrival). to serve us that late. A week after our one night stay we called and asked if we could leave some luggage for a few hours while we looked around Nice and they said that would be OK.
