Excellent cleanliness of the room, clean sheets and towels every day. Air con in the rooms, Well worth the money.
A bit noisy at night, and the walls were a bit thin! But overall happy with the hotel, good value for money.
Overall: Got what we expected for the money, would definitely stay again if we were coming back to Nice. (107805765)

Good location, calm neighbourhood, close to busstop for bus 23 to airport. Basic room but clean - two star standard or even a little better. Friendly staff.
Thin walls - if you are lucky you get quiet neighbours - if not bring earplugs.
Overall: Nice little hotel - good value for the money especially with the basic breakfast. (107558766)
