Having a window overlooking Rue St Lazare,it was warm,comfortable, the furnishings pleasant. It was good to have a kettle etc, everything worked well.
Overall: All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We speak French but did hear the staff speaking good English to some of the other guests which could be helpful guests to know. The location is very good. At the hotel we felt we were in Paris rather than in an anonymous international hotel that could be anywhere. It was very convenient to be able to leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out. Thank you. (97840333)

This hotel worked very well for my short 3 day stay in Paris. Well located, small but clean and quiet room. Everything worked. Very close location to the train station and opera house, shopping, etc. Good breakfast area. Pleasant staff. No complaints. I would definitely stay there again.
The main small lobby entrance downstairs' carpet looked a little tired, and the small elevator didn't seem to go all the way down, so I had to haul the lugagge to the second floor through the stairs. Maybe I didn't wait long enough? The closed windows smokers room next to the lobby created a cigarrete smoking smell in the front desk and adjacent areas, as well as in the stairs leading to the front desk loby.
Overall: I had read others guests reviews before I booked, and I think they described exactly what I found. I have stayed in very expensive hotels before, but for the purpose of my trip this hotel worked very well. Very simple, no frills, a good place to go to sleep after roaming Paris all day, great value. I'm glad I picked this hotel (99312211)

Chambre agréable et l'hotel est tres bien situé par rapport à mes axctivités.
Avec le systeme de resa en ligne j'ai payé deux fois mon séjour en particulier la nuit du 06 au 07/05. J'espère que je serais remboursé.
